Last week a couple of visitors from Germany brought me (what I hope will be) a nice bottle wine. Then a colleague came back from Paris and brought me some (what I hope will be) nice cheese. Since coming to Shanghai I think I’ve only had wine once or twice and haven’t touched any cheese. So this weekend I think I will indulge in both.
The wine on the left is a 2005 Black Print – Schneider (apparently made of: St.Laurent 45%, Merlot 20%, Cab.Sauv. 20%, Syrah 15%) and the cheese on the right is camembert from Normandie, France.
